YES, 5 DAYS. We start your bathroom on a Monday and are finished by Friday in a typical bathroom.  And don't worry if it's the only bathroom in the house. *In most cases we can re-set the toilet every day before we leave* Impossible you say? No way in only 5 days you say? We have plenty of references.

DAY 1-  Bathroom is completely gutted down to studs by 12 noon. Plumbing is done by 1:00  new tub/shower pan and put new plumbing in the wall for new MOEN  shower faucet. Also hooks up drain. While that is going on, we are starting to put up new mold/moisture resistant sheetrock on adjacent walls to tub.  Now we Hardi-Backer the walls around the tub. Then put 1st coat of tape and spackle on.
DAY 2-  2nd coat all spackle. Start setting shower tile and wall tile (if applicable) and set new floor tile.
DAY 3- Final coat spackle on all new sheetrock. Finish up any tile that needs to be done. Set new trim on door and window (if applicable) and baseboard (if applicable)
DAY 4- Sand all walls. Paint ceiling and walls 2 coats paint (color of customers choice of course)  Grout all tile work. (using grout boost to prevent mold/mildew) Seal tile to NEW TUB/SHOWER with a liquid vinyl (1 that prohibits mold/mildew growth)
DAY 5-  Ahhh the final touches. Set new KOHLER brand toilet. Set new vanity and sink. Hang new light fixture. Hang mirror/medicine chest. Touch up any paint that needs to be done....... THEN EAT LUNCH.
If you don't believe me about this 5 day schedule, just ask for references. They will tell you how true it is. NOW, how much is this going to cost you are wondering????
